These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the TBT Go! mobile application (“App”) provided by Tommy Bourn Trucking LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
TBT Go! is a workforce application intended solely for use by authorized employees and contractors of Tommy Bourn Trucking LLC. The App is not offered to the general public. Access is granted only to individuals whose user accounts are created and managed by the Company.
The App is designed to support internal operational activities, including logistics coordination, job-related notifications, and information sharing associated with assigned work duties and designated locations.
User accounts are created internally by the Company and may include limited identifying information such as name and phone number. Users may not create, transfer, or share accounts without authorization.
Certain features of the App rely on location-based services to function in connection with designated job-related locations (such as customer or operational sites). While the App may be accessible outside of working hours, its location-based features are intended to operate primarily in work-related contexts.
All content, software, and materials within the App are the property of Tommy Bourn Trucking LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the App and may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time for operational or technical reasons.
The Company may suspend or revoke access to the App at any time, including upon termination of employment or contractor relationship.
The App is provided “as is” for internal operational use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Tommy Bourn Trucking LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
